A pure heart, a gentle mind
Somanea is a traditional Khmer name that means pure-hearted, gentle and kind. We chose it for the ancestors who built and looked after Angkor Wat and so many other temples, and we want our stall to show how warm and good-hearted Cambodian people are.
We are 19 students from classes 10F, 10H and 10M. We mix popular global dishes with authentic local flavours, so the fair gets something fresh instead of the usual stall.
